Message from our Managing Director regarding Covid-19

I want to reassure our clients that we have planned and made preparations so that in the event of a more serious outbreak of the Coronavirus, or any other emergency situation, we can still provide you with a high standard of service.
As a regulated business we have an obligation to meet our contractual responsibilities to our clients. Our priorities are making sure clients can still make a claim, renew policies and make changes to existing ones even though there maybe subsequent delay in handling these for reasons outside of our control.
As part of our wider Business Continuity Plan, we have the following measures in place:-
·          Our senior management team are in daily contact with their staff and will be able to contact them out of hours
·          A significant number of our staff will be able to securely access our computer and telephone systems remotely
·         Our key IT and telephony partners have similar contingency plans.
On a more practical day to day basis
·         We have cancelled non-essential business travel and we have the facility to carry out meetings by phone conferencing etc
·         We are avoiding shaking hands and providing all our staff with access to hand sanitation products.
·         We are following Public Health England and NHS guidance and have provided all staff with essential information
